Pitching 101
Ages 8-12
Dates : TBA
Pitchers will learn: the fundamentals of the Big League Pitching Delivery to maximize power and reduce the risk of injury; A full warm-up and conditioning routine to keep them performing at their best.
Clinics will include challenges and games to keep it fun.
Next-Level Pitching
Ages 13-15
Dates : TBA
Emphasizes: the development of an efficient pitching delivery; changing speeds, including the development of an effective change-up and introduction of the breaking ball; dealing with the transition to High School and pitching at 60 ft; commanding the strike zone; a conditioning program to stay injury free
the Advanced Program
Ages 16-18 (Juniors and Seniors only)
10 training sessions (twice a week)

Cost : $395
The Advanced Program includes two video analysis sessions (a $180 value) to help the pitcher keep track of his progress. Clinics will tackle all facets of pitching, including velocity, location, pitch movement, changing speeds and in-game strategy (pitch sequences).
The Advanced Program is designed to get results and help you get a leg-up on your competition. For serious High School pitchers only.
